The Biotage SP1 is a state-of-the-art Flash Chromatography system used to purify compounds in an accelerated manner. The SP1 Flash Purification system comes equipped with a built-in Windows-based control computer and an intuitive touch screen controller that allows a simple three-step process to run a sample.  The process consists of either creating a method, or choosing one of the preprogrammed methods, then selecting the correct Biotage cartridge, and finally change the fractionation and gradient parameters to your desired set point and run. Easy as 1-2-3 with accurate results.  The Biotage SP1 Flash Chromatography system is small enough to fit on any lab bench, or even inside a standard fume hood.  This easy-to-use Chromatograph includes features such as waste and solvent monitoring along with a built-in fraction collector.

The flexible design of the Biotage SP1  includes a built-in software wizard taking the end-user through a step-by-step process to set up their methods.  If Chromatography Method Programming isn’t ideal for you, the Biotage SP1 also includes on-the-fly programming allowing you to make quick adjustments to flow rate and fractionation while the system is running.

This system has it all along with a wide range of chromatography column cartridges to choose from such as a FLASH 12 all the way through to a FLASH 75.  Having such a wide choice of cartridges to choose from allows you to purify milligrams of final compound or event tens of gram midway through running your next synthesis.
