BioTek Cytation 5 Imaging Reader with Stacker
The Biotek Cytation 5 is an imaging system for 6—to 384-well microplates, slides, Petri dishes, and flasks. This Imaging Plate Reader provides users with fluorescence, brightfield, H&E, and phase-contrast microscopy. The 6-position objective can give users 2.5x to 60x magnification, and this model comes with phase objectives at 4x, 10x, 20X, and 40x and a phase contrast slider. The filter cubes cover DAPI, GFP, RFP, and Laser Autofocus.
This Cytation 5 plate imager has other great features, such as linear, orbital, double orbital shaking and incubation up to 65°C, dispenser compatibility, and joystick control. Joystick control lets users control the focus like a traditional microscope rather than typing in values for more granular control and navigation. The system can be controlled through the robust Gen5 software that allows users to capture images and analyze them efficiently.
This imaging system includes a Biostack Automated Microplate Stacker, built to automate your workflow. This robot handler holds 10-30 plates and handles rapid exchanges, increasing your throughput.
