The Branson 5510 Heated Sonicator offers potent and uniform cleaning power in an easy-to-use and compact instrument. This benchtop sonic bath has a capacity of 5.7 L (1.5 gal.) and can be used with either the ambient water temperature or a heating function that raises the bath to 69°C. This Branson Sonic Cleaner also has a timer function that allows it to last up to 60 minutes or in continuous mode. This Ultrasonic Cleaner uses a durable industrial-style 40 kHz transducer to radiate sound waves through the tank in an alternating low and high-pressure activation. The low-pressure forms bubbles, and the high pressure implodes the bubbles to release energy, scrubbing surfaces and reaching every recess and opening.
