C Eal-Flex TPE Model 3160 UltraSealer
The C’Eal-Flex TPE Ultrasealer TPE Tubing Sealer gives users a portable and reliable method to be brought right to the point of seal. This compact thermoplastic elastomer tubing sealer uses filtered air and operates on a regular 110-volt current, so no special setup is required. The simple controls on the front can be password protected and locked out while in operation, making it impossible to interrupt the operation before the cycle is finished. The system has two remote sealing heads, one for 1/8” and 1/16” tubing, and extends from the unit 10 ft. Users can set their sealing temperature and dwell times, and release temperature. Depending on the tubing size, cycles take 1-4 minutes to complete and can be done wet or dry. The weld has a smooth inner bore and is easily validated.
