Chemglass Hot Plate Stirrer

The Chemglass AREX 6 Digital Pro magnetic hotplate gives you a compact, high contrast, and digitally accurate heating and stirring solution for your lab. This Chemglass Hot Plate Stirrer is programmable through the upfront dials, allowing users to select 50-370°C and a speed of up to 30 – 1700 rpm. Speed is constant even as viscosity changes, thanks to the torque compensation of SpeedServo.

The CG-1997-v model features digital control and a bright display. From this control panel, users can also set their timer function to count up or down and for how long and toggle auto reverse if desired.

This Chemglass Hot Plate Stirrer has a stirring capacity, allowing it to handle up to 20L of water, and is set against a bright white heating plate for high contrast. This platform combines the thermal conductivity of aluminum and the protection of ceramic.

Partnered with the AREX 6 Pro is a VTF thermoregulator probe. This temperature probe uses Fuzzy Logic technology for precise monitoring. The attached probe is easy to position and regulates up to 300°C, with a premium accuracy of ± 0.5 °C, and includes a digital timer that goes up to 24 hours and 59 minutes.
