Description
Vacuum Leak Tester – Erweka VTDS
This VTDS Vacuum Leak Tester from ERWEKA is a compact solution for quality control to test the packing and filling of products. The VDT/S is made up of two parts, the vacuum pump that’s also the main control, and is partnered with the vacuum exsiccator 250 mm diameter. To test items, a blister is placed inside the exsiccator that’s then filled with a colored dye solution. During the vacuum process leaking blister cells are emptied and when the vacuum is released the dye solution is drawn back into any faulty samples for easy identification. The system fully conforms to the safety requirements for electronic measuring, control, regulator, and laboratory equipment DIN EN 61010. This vacuum system has a reduced pressure range of -100 to -900 mbar, with an absolute pressure range related to the atmospheric pressure of ≥ 120 mbar. The test timer is adjustable with a range of up to 99 hours and 59 minutes.
