The EVOS FL Digital Inverted Microscope brings you a contained, fully integrated, digital, fluorescence (up to four colors) and transmitted light imaging. This all-in-one design of this microscope imager is ideal for even demanding fluorescence imaging applications like GFP-vector transfection efficiency analysis. This Evos FL cell imaging system produces high-quality images with a 3-position turret for brightfield and phase contrast, a slider with diffuser block and meniscus filters, easily swapped LED light cubes, a highly sensitive color CCD camera, and a crisp optical system, an LCD display, and USB storage. The Evos FL is simple to install, there is nothing to assemble, align or calibrate; its compact construction means it’s ready to go.

This inverted imaging system has a 15″, full color, 1024 x 768 LCD display with adjustable tilt for comfortable viewing and a five-position objective turret with controls up front. The onboard software of this Evos FL Cell imaging system seamlessly acquires images created by the imager, including in time-lapse, manual assist cell counting, and image review. At the same time, the full-color camera helps to differentiate structures when imaging stained tissue samples.  Images collected can be saved quickly to a USB as a PNG, JPEG, BMP, or TIFF at a resolution of 1280 x 960 pixels. This imaging system is great for a lab looking to incorporate image-based analysis of cell and tissue culture, cell confluence determination, stem cell growth and differentiation, and developmental biology and tissue slices. The compact form of the Evos FL system means you can transport it to the work area, on a bench, or in a cell culture hood.
