EVOS M5000 Imaging System
The EVOS M5000 Imaging System is a benchtop microscope that leverages four-color fluorescence, transmitted light, and color imaging to capture high-quality images with flexible use. The interchangeable optics system and autofocus allow users to capture images with one click across multiple channels. This cell imaging system also features an easy-to-navigate interface and onboard software that provide post-capture analysis tools and capture modes such as single color, multicolor, time-lapse, Z-stacking, and movie capture. Users of the Evos M5000 can annotate their images, adjust brightness and contrast, and count cells automatically. Captured images can be stored on the hard drive, loaded onto a UBS, or transmitted through a network.
The M5000 microscope combines a precise optical system, a highly sensitive 3.2 mp monochromatic camera with a 3.45um pixel resolution, and a built-in high-resolution monitor. It allows you to capture faint fluorescence signals and perform accurate quantitative analysis. LED-based RGB illumination on this M5000 Evos creates low-noise color image acquisition using the same monochrome sensor, giving you actual color in transmitted light for stained samples. The Evos M5000 can hold five objectives at a time and produce Fluorescence, brightfield, color brightfield, and phase contrast.
The EVOS M5000 Imaging System is maintenance-free and requires no realignment or calibration. This plug-and-play imaging system also doesn’t need warm-up or cool-down times, so you can keep your workflow moving. Thanks to environmentally friendly and mercury-free LED lighting, which not only provides stable, reliable light but also consumes low energy and is significantly less costly, you can keep your workflow moving.
