Fisher Isotemp 202 Water Bath

The Fisher Scientific 202 Water Bath has an ±0.24°C uniformity, ±0.5°C accuracy, and stability at 37°C. The display shows ºC or ºF and is easy to read from anywhere around the lab. The 202 Water Bath by Fisher Scientific has a low profile and front-panel controls for simple access and safer operation. Thermal runaway is guarded against by the dual thermostats,  controlled by the analog knob on the front. The lid helps to maintain higher temperatures, and a hinged gable cover with fins to keep hands away from hot vapors. The lid stays open at 90° or, with a quick-release hinge, lift off completely for use with large glassware. The Fisher Scientific 202S features a shallow bath ideal for smaller containers like Petri dishes. If the bath accidentally runs dry heating elements will not burn out due to a safety feature.

The 202 has a corrosion-resistant exterior with a rough, simple-to-clean acrylic enamel coating and a temperature-resistant plastic rim that insulates resists leaks, keeps its shape, and won’t dry out or crack. The exterior of the Fisher Scientific Isotemp water bath stays cool even after hours of use of deep-drawn, stainless steel reservoirs and perforated sample trays that prevent leaks and guard against rust and contamination. Cleaning and removal are easy because of the rounded reservoir corners and sample trays with finger holes.
