The Herrmann Ultrasonics ULTRACELL HiQ Vario Ultrasonic Welder provides you with a method of joining materials without the need for adhesives, screws, or heat from an outside source. This ultrasonic welding machine uses ultrasonic vibrations to melt materials and create a cohesive or form fit joint and does so with short processing times and a large amount of control throughout the process. This ultrasonic welder has a digital control screen guiding users through set up and records weld data for future use.

The Vario operates at 20 Hz, with a weld force range of 30-2490 and a configurable stroke from 25-125 mm. This ultrasonic welder’s welding process yields quality results in plastics and features 5 operating modes (time, energy, power, relative displacement, and absolute displacement) and the ability to switch over weld force to tailor to your needs.

The Herrmann Ultrasonics HiQ Vario Ultrasonic Welder is housed in a ULTRACELL sound insulation chamber for the best in occupational safety. The ULTRACELL cabinet also allows users to set an automatic start, has a brightly lit workspace, a safety contact lift door for user protection, and caster feet for high mobility.
