The Therma-Stor 195 High-Efficiency Dehumidifier is designed to be durable and efficient, pulling up to 7 pints of water from the air per kilowatt-hour. Using a smaller and more effective refrigeration system, this professional dehumidifier runs on 115 power so it costs less to operate than those of equal capacity. This refrigeration system cools the incoming air below the dewpoint, removing latent heat, and sensible heat at the same time. This treated air is also used to precool the incoming air, doubling the efficacy.

The Hi-E DRY 195 high-efficiency dehumidifier takes the processed air and reheats it by passing through the condenser coil and the latent heat is returned to the air stream. As a result, this commercial dehumidifier can treat a space up to 35,000 cu. ft. appx. 65′ x 65′ x 8′, extracting 192 pints per day at 60% AHAM. The digital control can be set between 20-80% RH with a positive on and offsetting. The blower can be set to continuous, independent of the dehumidification for air circulation in the space. The system also uses an internal pump capable of moving the condensate 17 feet.
