Invitrogen E Gel iBase
The Invitrogen EGel iBase provides a compact and user-friendly single or double-comb gel electrophoresis system and transilluminator in one combined device. This digital system allows the users to select the program for their gel type and then set their run time, hit GO, and it’s all set. The Invitrogen Egel iBase is pre-programmed with 10 protocols for various e-gel cassettes, each with its own default time. Users can tweak their run times as necessary (up to a maximum). There is also a Speed E-Gel program that runs on high power for a simple yes/no result (suitable for 8%, 1.2%, and 2% cassettes only)
