Lane Science Geology Specimen Cabinet
The Lane Science Geology Specimen Cabinet offers users permanent protective storage of their precious rock and fossil specimens. This specimen cabinet is constructed from heavy-duty double-walled welded furniture steel that’s free from rust and scale. The door is built from 13-gauge steel with a reinforced safe-type design, allowing for full access to trays when open, with a handle that engages a locking rod at two points when closed. The interior can hold up to 16 trays, is also constructed of heavy steel built to avoid sagging, and has reinforced channel sides and chrome-plated handles. For organization, this geology specimen cabinet tray system fits standard 3 x 5 cards. The sturdy construction of this specimen cabinet also allows for stacking so users can maximize their storage in the same cabinet footprint.
