Description
Millipore Labscale TFF System
The Millipore Labscale TFF System is a contained sample preparation solution best suited for process development, and scaling up a process. This easy-to-use tangential flow filtration sample preparation system has a compact footprint about the size of a piece of paper. For process, development tasks can process volumes between 50-1000ml, and scale-up is assisted by built-in controls. On top of this Labscale tff system is a graduated 500mL acrylic reservoir with a back-pressure valve, retentate pressure indicators, and feed, and can be operated in two modes, concentration or continuous Diafiltration.
The Tangential Flow Filtration Millipore has a maximum inlet pressure of 4.2 bar, and a feed flow rate of 10-100mL/min, and a maximum recirculating volume of 20mL. This Lab scale tff system can also be used with the optional Pellicon XL 50 Cassette that can be docked into the system reservoir and eliminates the need for tubing connections.
