Eppendorf Bioreactor BioFlo 310
The New Brunswick Eppendorf BioFlo 310 Bioreactor is a flexible system designed to grow various cells used in multiple industries, including microbes, yeast, and fungi. This easy-to-use cell bioreactor works with interchangeable glass vessels, accommodating 2.5 to 14 liters of total volume. This benchtop fermentor features a bright touch-screen controller that allows users to control up to four Bioflo 310s simultaneously. This screen also displays all setpoints, values while in use, cascade loops, and trends. Users can export their data and save up to 10 recipes.
The sleek benchtop design is compact on the bench and features three built-in pumps and a thermal gas flow controller. Gas control options on the Eppendorf BioFlo 310 from New Brunswick include manual gas mixing via Rotameters, automatic four gas mixing using the solenoid valves, autogas flow through the Thermo Mass Flow Controller, ring sparger, and more. The touchscreen controller on the bioreactor allows the user to quickly navigate between set-up, calibration, cascade, pump, and summary displays.
