The Nikon Eclipse TE2000 Fluorescence Microscope provides users with an advanced performance instrument with flexible configurations and additions. This inverted microscope leverages the infinity optical path allowing for multiple optical equipment use simultaneously or separately with a multiport design and an extendable main body for the addition of optional light sources and attachments. The ergonomic design is also highly resistant to vibration for the best image capture.

The Nikon Eclipse TE2000 Fluorescence Microscope uses a three-step process to eliminate stray light opportunities that might occur in a fluorescence optical path for improved signal-to-noise ratios for high-contrast images. The CFI60 Infinity optics system delivers crisp clear images with longer working distances, and a 200 mm tube lens that allows for off-axis light to reduce aberrations from introducing phase rings, DIC prisms, or Dichroic mirrors.

The Nikon Eclipse TE2000 has an ergonomic design for hours of comfortable strain-free use with frequently used buttons and controls located right front of a nosepiece that is inclined to the left for easy reading of the magnification in use and correction. The low-profile stage facilitates the handling of specimens, while the Y-shaped design makes for easy viewing. The 25˚-inclination eyepiece tube minimizes fatigue during long hours of observation and features a turret for added functionality like closing the shutter and adding a 2.5x magnifier.

This Fluorescence microscope is outfitted with an LWD condenser, T-FL illumination light path, T-FLC Epi Fluorescence 6 Position Filter Turret,  LMS-H100P-1 Halogen Light Source with Light Intensity Adjuster, EXFO X-Cite Fluorescence Lamp Illuminator, EXFO Collimating Fluorescence Light Adapter, MU500 Ultra Fine Color 5 mp Digital Camera and a Manually Adjustable Stage.
