Ohaus Frontier FC5306 Mini Centrifuge

The Ohaus Frontier FC5306 is a personal quick spin centrifuge with a compact footprint designed for convenient spin downs and basic liquid separations at your workstation. The Frontier Mini series centrifuge has a fixed speed of 6,000 rpm (2,000 x g) and an 8 place rotor that accommodates 1.5/2ml tubes and can be swapped out with a PCR 8-strip rotor (not included). The brushless motor is quiet so as not to disturb others around you. Latching the lid begins the spin and the centrifuge will spin continuously until the lid is opened. This Frontier Mini series centrifuge also has an imbalance sensor that will stop the rotor if it becomes imbalanced or a sudden shock occurs.
