The operation of the Ella Immunoassay Analyzer is incredibly simple: users simply add their sample and buffer into a Simple Plex cartridge, load it into Ella, and start your run using the powerful accompanying software. Ella will do the rest and deliver results in under an hour. Sample volumes can be as low as 2.5µl, so you can get great results from small amounts when samples are limited. Inside the cartridge, the automated ELISA takes over sample loading, protein separation, washing, detection, and data analysis all within the chamber.
