Qiagen Sigma 4-16 Centrifuge
The Sigma 4-16 Centrifuge offers users a powerful instrument with highly customizable programming. This digitally controlled benchtop centrifuge has a maximum speed of up to 13500 rpm (5700 rpm with the supplied rotor), controlled from the upfront digital screen with a turn knob. This control panel allows users to select their speed and their RCF, duration up to 99 hours and 59 minutes, or choose continuously from any of 60 acceleration and braking profiles.
This customizable centrifuge will help users create and store up to 60 programs and will store the last settings in memory indefinitely, even if the power is off. It operates quietly, even at high speed, and is maintained free of carbon dust. The Qiagen Sigma Centrifuge can be used with many different fixed angles and swing rotors and comes outfitted with a microplate rotor with 2 carriers.
The 4-16K Model is refrigerated with a temperature range of -20°C to +40°C.
