The Tissue-Tek Cryo3 Plus Cryostat brings you fast complete sectioning and preservation of valuable tissue. This cryostat delivers sections from 1 to 99 microns in 1-micron steps, using a temperature-controlled blade holder to keep the blade cold while sectioning.  To prevent a section from rolling after a cut, this tissue processor features an anti-roll rake. The maintenance-free microtome is located outside of the cryo chamber for faster cleaning.

The Sakura Tissue Tek Cryo3 Cryostat Machine features a full-color touchscreen control that provides sectioning information at a glance. Users can monitor chamber temperature, as well as set sectioning thickness and trimming thickness, 1 to 100 microns in 1-micron steps. To provide flexibility and performance, this cryostat also features a cryobar with 12 positions including 4 cryo+ positions that enable rapid cooling to -50°C within 5 minutes of activation. Chamber temperatures can be set from 0 to -35°C within 2°C accuracy,

The Sakura Tissue Tek Cryo3 Cryostat Machine also features a disinfection routine using two ozone-generating lamps and can process the whole chamber within 45  or 75-minute cycles, leaving a residue-free chamber and leaving behind O2. Debris is quickly removed with the dynamic debris system to eliminate shavings accumulation.
