The SAS Portable Fume Extractor gives your lab reliable method of removing fumes and particulates in a wide work area that can be placed where its needed, not just where there’s duct work. The 50” Wide Ductless Fume Hood features sturdy construction of high density polyethylene and clear polycarbonate windows, with an 8” sash. Seated above the work area is a dual filter box, with a carbon and HEPA filter system. These filters are easily changed without the need for tools, making this portable fume extractor ideal for applications such as chemical fumes like acid gas and mercury or ammonia, as well as pharmaceutical compounding, soldering work, and dust removal. The quiet operation, contained filtration and lightweight construction of this ductless fume hood make it easy to place where you want it. The powerful air flow protects the user and the environment with an air volume of 350 CFM, (varies with filter media).
