The KrosFlo Research II Tangential Flow Filtration System provides fast, gentle microfiltration and ultrafiltration with maximized product recovery for small applications.  This TFF system has a flow rate range from 0.01 to 2300 ml per minute and uses a disposable flow path and digital pressure monitor to make sure optimal, efficient, repeatable results free of cross-contamination. The KrosFlo Research II has a variety of alarms to alert users to changes in pressure and in the permeate as well as a high-pressure shut-off to protect membrane integrity.

The Spectrum Lab KrosFlo Research II TFF System is supported with powerful KF Comm software, which graphs run data for users automatically, with specifics like flow rates, as well as inlet, retentate, and transmembrane pressures into a spreadsheet for analysis. On the instrument itself, an easy to read, backlit, the digital display allows users to monitor recirculation flow rate and pressures in real-time. This TFF system comes equipped with Hollow Fiber filtration modules. The hollow fiber modules of this ultrafiltration system give you a gentle separation while avoiding membrane fouling, and recouping maximum product. By using a disposable flow path, users not only avoid cross-contamination worries but also avoid the hassle of re-validating modules before the next run, giving you faster turnarounds and results you can count on.
