The Thermo MaxQ 3000 Orbital Shaker is a benchtop designed used for mixing cell cultures, diagnostic testing, and extraction processes.  The Platform Shaker makes loading and unloading simple with its open-air design.  The MaxQ 3000 includes a triple eccentric drive for uniform agitation among your samples, up to 500 RPM, and has a maximum load capacity of 50lbs.   The Orbital Shaker includes an unbalanced load sensor, alerting the user the lab shaker is not safe to start a run.

The Thermo MaxQ 3000 Platform Shaker comes with digital, microprocessor controls and a built-in timer.  You can set up runs from 1 minute up to 1000 hours, allowing the ability to walk away for days on end.  The maintenance-free, solid-state DC brushless motor is a key feature, as the laboratory shaker is built to last in harsh lab environments.  Speed of the orbital shaker can be toggled by the push-button controls and runs can be started within seconds.  The soft-start feature eliminates abrupt starts and stops, avoiding unnecessary splashing of samples, or spills.   The Thermo MaxQ 3000 Orbital Shaker has an orbit of 1-inch (25.4 mm) and runs on a 120V power supply.
