The Thermo MaxQ 8000 Incubator Shaker with Cooling provides users with high capacity, digitally controlled incubation, and shaking with refrigeration capabilities for your temperature-sensitive samples. This floor-shaking incubator holds three times nearly the same amount of floor space and can be stacked three high for maximum capacity, without a limit on hard shaking speed.  At startup, these shaking incubators feature controlled acceleration for smooth start and stops, and to help eliminate sloshing. The generous, brightly lit interior with a slide-away door and slide-out platform, holds up to 12 2L Erlenmeyer flasks. This MaxQ 8000 is powered with a triple counterbalanced, minimal vibration eccentric drive mechanism, cool running, 1/3hp, brushless motor, and has a speed of 25 to 400 rpm at an orbit of 1”.

The Thermo MaxQ 8000 is microprocessor controlled, with a backlit digital display that shows both set points and current run stats in real time. This incubator shaker has safety measures such as tracking alarms, visual and audible, for under and over-temperature, with the independent probe, high low-speed tracking in case of deviation, and the units can be set up for remote monitoring. Users can select their temperatures between Ambient-5° to 60°C with tight temperature uniformity, and whether to time the run, up to 199 hr. and 59 min, or simply use continuously. In addition, this floor model shaking incubator is an ideal choice for demanding prokaryotic culture applications, while also being sensitive enough for eukaryotic culture applications thanks to the constant laminar flow HEPA filtration, stainless steel coved corner design, and single-piece chamber.
