Thermo Multiskan GO Microplate Reader
The Thermo Scientific Multiskan GO UV/Vis microplate reader offers you the flexibility to wavelength selection, and sample format. This spectrophotometer is an ideal choice for labs working in photometric research application, such as DNA, RNA, protein analysis and more. The Multiskan GO can accommodate formats such as various cuvettes, 96-and 384- well plates, and the Thermo Scientific µDrop plate, with user adjustable linear plate shaking. This UV-Vis Spectrophotometer has a scan speed of 10 s from 200 to 1000 nm with 1 nm steps. Dual beam optics include a self-checking channel to make sure results are consistent for any measuring condition. Both the cuvette holder and the microplate chamber can be temperature controlled at up 45°C, making this microplate reader ideal for assays such as enzyme kinetics and cellular assays.
The Thermo Scientific Multiskan GO UV/Vis microplate spectrophotometer has a user-friendly interface, in multiple languages from which you can run quick measurements using readymade sessions. This spectrophotometer can be run as a standalone instrument, or through PC control for more challenging assays using the comprehensive Skanit Software, self-diagnostics, a power save mode and continuous run time control. Measurement data from this microplate reader can be exported to an excel spreadsheet simply, and transported to another computer with a USB thumb drive. This UV-Vis spectrophotometer is built from the ground up to be a durable, easy to maintain instrument with stable performance, year after year.
