The Thermo Ramsey Checkweigher AC4000i is a reliable, cost-effective, and efficient method of production and weight inspection. This check weigher conveyor can handle line speeds up to 350 packages per minute and has the capability to perform single one-product under-weight rejects to memory-loaded set-ups for multiple products. The controls are simple to use, with guided setup and alarm and diagnostic messages to help keep the system up and running. On the bright display of this Ramsey Checkweigher, users can also see the weight, units of measure, and product running, zone and status indicators such as no gap and rezero, and lets users know of conditions that require addressing.

The Thermo Ramsey Checkweigher AC4000i has three weighing modes, underweight, on-weight, and overweight, and can show the gross, net, or deviation from reference weight of product in grams, kilograms, ounces, or pounds. To divert rejects from the line automatically, this checkweigher conveyor features a diverter output to allow for coordination with a diverter or reject system. Other included modes are sample button, grey zone test and display, power failure notification and memory backup, and password protection. The system will also store up to 15 product profiles and basic production statistics. The checkweigher system is rugged in design and is packaged in a watertight enclosure suitable for washdown environments.
