The Thermo Revco Value Plus ULT2586 Ultra Low Temperature Freezer offers you superior temperature stability and recovery in a unit that’s easy and efficient to operate day to day. This microprocessor controlled Ultra-low temperature freezer has a life guard system to protect your samples from changes both internally and externally. This -80° freezer has audible and visual alarms, alerting you to changes in parameters such as temperature or power failure, to change the backup battery or the filter. There’s also an alarm to warn you if the ambient temperature is effecting the performance. The Thermo Revco Value Plus ULT2586 Ultra Low Temperature -80°C Freezer utilizers an automatic voltage buck and boost system, should the incoming voltage become too high, or low.  On board diagnostics monitors the system sensors and reports back error codes and probable causes.

The Thermo Revco Value Plus ULT2586 Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer runs much quieter than most lab freezers thanks to advanced noise abatement and high performance insulation, allowing you to keep samples close by, without disrupting your work space. This ultra-low temp freezer uses coolants that are CFC free, and are specially designed for ultra-low applications. The ultra-low temperature -80°C Freezer uses 15% less power with a smooth down feed evaporator, and 15% less overall heat generation into the lab environment.

The Thermo Revco Value Plus ULT2586 Ultra Low Temperature Freezer recovers 20% faster than most freezers as well, with the help of efficiently designed interiors that maximize and organize your space. Five compartment doors use outer door gaskets to secure a seal, and individual compartments create convenient organized storage. The frost free exterior door of this lab freezer has a pressure equalization port for positive closure, and a handle designed for one handed operation. The door is also lockable for added security.
