Double Beam UV-Vis Spectrophotometer

The UV-6300PC is a double beam UV/Vis spectrophotometer, that saves you time by taking reference measurements and sample measurements simultaneously. This spectrophotometer can perform standard photometrics, as well as quantitative analysis and kinetics, DNA\RNA and protein analysis, as well as scans on multi-wavelength and spectrum.

This dual-beam spectrophotometer has a wavelength range between 190 – 1100 nm with an accuracy of ±0,3.  The large sample compartment and a broad range of accessories and adapters, sold separately,  let users customize this workhorse to best suit their needs. Scan speeds are variable between 100 to 3000 nm/min, and has selectable scan intervals at Scan intervals: 0,1; 0,2; 0,5; 1,0 and 5,0 nm.

This spectrophotometer features a large 320 x 240 pixel LCD screen and can store up to 200 results, and 200 standard curves. Data collected by the instrument can then be downloaded to a PC for further analysis UV-Vis Analyst software, through the USB. This model can also be controlled via PC, providing robust software that includes methods such as quantitative, wavelength scan, kinetics, multi-wavelength, DNA/protein, and basic read functions.
