BOD Incubator VR120P with Heating/Cooling

The VR120P BOD Incubator offers users a large capacity, Heating/Cooling incubator with an eye towards the environment and energy efficiency. The innovative Peltier cooling technology is compressor-free and provides a 78% reduction in energy consumption, while also having improved uniformity and stability. Temperatures can be set between 15°C to 40°C at 20°C Ambient from the microprocessor control panel and touch keypad. Next to that is a manual independent over-temperature control with alarm in case of deviation. The 19.3 cu. ft. interior can support up to 300 BOD bottles and has a power outlet for additional equipment such as magnetic stirrers or rockers and the like. The internal convection airflow gives the chamber improved temperature uniformity and recovery after an opening, meeting the APHA specifications for Biochemical Oxygen Demand (B.O.D.)
