VWR Digital Heat Block

The VWR Digital Dry Block Heater is built with simplicity and reliability.  The VWR heatblocks activate cell cultures, immunoassays, incubators, and more.  Each heat block can maintain a constant temperature using little power and lab bench space.  The low-profile design of these VWR heat blocks allows the end-user to put them virtually anywhere within their laboratory.  The control panel with adjustable digital controls is located in the front of the heat block, making it easy to access control of both temperature and the timer function, which can be used to track accumulated time in continuous mode or count down for a timed mode.

Each dry block heater takes separate interchangeable aluminum blocks that handle samples such as test tubes, microplates, vials, PCR strips, and more. Aluminum is an excellent conductor of heat and helps achieve superior uniformity throughout the block. The low profile design allows for close contact between the heat block and base for ultimate heat retention.
