VWR Hot Plate Stirrer
The VWR Hot plate Stirrer is a standard stirring hotplate with a ceramic top and simple operation. The magnetic coupling maintains excellent speed control, while the dependable motor is rated for continuous duty. This stirring hotplate reaches a max temperature of 500°C adjustable through the knob dial. Speed is also set with an analog dial, up to 1600 RPM, and features a slow ramp to minimize splashing at the start.
This magnetic mixer is outfitted with a bright white ceramic top that provides excellent contrast against samples with excellent temperature dispersal. Components of this VWR hot plate are housed in a chemically resistant, spill-resistant body that channels away spills for years of dependable use. The low-profile design of this hotplate mixer means it can be placed just about anywhere, such as a fume hood or by a workstation.
