VWR 3500 Standard Orbital Shaker
The VWR Orbital Shaker 3500 is an easy-to-use, continuous-duty platform shaker that can be used in various environments. The 12 x 10 in stainless steel platform features a rubber mat for a capacity of up to 35 lbs at a time. This platform is powered by a triple eccentric drive, smooth-running ball bearings, and a brushless DC motor that can be used for continuous-duty operation. This platform shaker also has an integrated timer that will run up to 120 minutes, with a slow start to prevent sloshing or sample loss. The sturdy construction and tolerance of 0 to 40°C (32 to 104°F) also means it can run in a cold room, an incubator, or a CO2 environment. This analog orbital shaker is ideal for bacterial suspensions, staining/destaining, and general mixing of cell cultures with dial-in variable speed between 25 to 500 rpm.
