The Watson Marlow 520 Di Peristaltic Pump offers users rugged, reliable peristaltic pumping action, perfect for sanitary applications, and applications requiring sterility. Peristaltic pumps, unlike positive displacement pumps, have no crevices or dead spots where residue could build up, up, or create pockets of bacterial problems, so there’s no risk of contamination. The Watson Marlow 520Di Peristaltic Pump can run dry and has no valves or seals to leak, clog, corrode or replace, while the DC motor is brushless and requires zero maintenance. This Watson Marlow pump is IP 31 rated, designed to be protected from solid objects down to 2.5mm in diameter, and protected against dripping water.

The Peristaltic Pump has a dispensing feature for batch or singles dose dispensing, with parameters such as dose size and number, intervals, start and end ramps and drip control. This pump drive has an adjustable flow rate between 10 to 3000 mL/min. and the speed range can be controlled from 0.1 rpm to 350 rpm with 0.1% accuracy, making it an ideal choice for metering and dosing, or uninterrupted batch consistency. The 520Di pump has manual control of run and stops, forward and reverse, rapid prime or purge from the upfront, a large button membrane keypad that’s lockable, and a digital display. Users have the option to control this peristaltic pump through a computer and can network up to 32 pumps, as well as make and print records.
