Wave Bioreactor 20EH
The GE WAVE Bioreactor 20EH is a dual-zone cell culturing system that aids in the production of the batch, fed-batch, and perfusion cultures. This wave rocker system consists of a base unit with digital control, and a 20-liter warning tray with right and left heating options. This tray holds two 2L cell bags or a single 20L cell bag.
Users can adjust the rocking angle of this wave bag reactor between 2-10 degrees using the upfront dial knob. Heating functions are integrated into the controls, with toggle switches to activate each side’s heating, and a digital control to set the temperature up to 37°C. Heating is monitored with a Pt-100 sensor for accurate measurements.
Speed on this wave bioreactor system is controlled on the left side, with digital input, and can be set between 6-30 rocks a minute. There is also a handy guide on the tray with the minimum speed required per cell bag size.
