The Agilent TapeStation 4150 provides reliable electrophoresis separation of nucleic acids and sample processing through Agilent’s exclusive screen tape technology. This tape station system works with ready-to-use, credit card-sized screen tapes that are entirely disposable and have 16 lanes for individual analysis. The multiple lanes mean you can process multiple samples simultaneously without risk of contamination or carry-over. This compact DNA analyzer provides information on size and quantifications in a range of 35bp to 60kbp and 5pg/ul to 100ng/ul.

The Agilent TapeStation 4150 is built for automated operation. Its walk-away capabilities return results in as little as 1-2 minutes per sample, requiring only 1-2 μL of sample and less than 20 minutes for 16 samples. The Agilent Tape station also features a robust suite of software that helps streamline data coming in, analyze it, and generate reports. Data collected by this tape station can be shown as an electropherogram, a gel image, or a tabular format for easy comparison.

The Agilent 4150 software also saves you time and costly errors by automatically providing quantifications, sizing, RINe or ribosomal ratios, and purity, depending on your application. The controlling software for this DNA analyzer also provides system diagnostics, letting you perform routine functionality confirmation and the installation status of components, all of which can be exported for record keeping.
