Binder BD 400 Gravity Convection Incubator

The Binder BD 400 is a large capacity gravity convection incubator that offers stable continuous operation for your organisms, heat-sensitive media, and microbiology needs. The interior is a 14.1 cu. ft. capacity, with a corrosion-resistant stainless interior, double doors, and racks that will hold up to 77 pounds. This lab incubator also features a disinfection routine to 100°C.

This gentle gravity convection heating has a temperature range from 5°C above ambient to 100°C (9-212°F) with the stability of ± 0.5 It only takes this laboratory oven 120 minutes to reach 37°C and can recover that temperature in 10 minutes after an opening. The gravity convection element of the Binder BD400 means you get gentle heat without a current that might disturb your sample, making it an ideal choice for your more delicate organisms, light samples, and powders.
