The CTL ImmunoSpot S6 Flex M2 Analyzer provides your lab with a 4-color FluoroSpot reader that also supports ELISPOT/FluoroSpot testing. This universal analyzer leverages high-throughput PBMC viability counting, that limits the rate and allows you to test multiple PBMC samples at a time. This multifunctional Immunospot S6 Analyzer is ideal for immune monitoring laboratories, supporting several standard assays as well as cell-mediated cytotoxicity assays.

The optics of the CTL Immunospot S6 Universal Analyzer and the robust software provide counts for both live and dead cells, in dozens of samples in minutes, and collects information on the viability or fitness of the sample, and resuspension volumes. The Biospot software also allows for automated reading of viral neutralization and infectivity assays in a wide range of well formats including strip plates. The S6 flex is ideal for this thanks to the auto centering, providing cost savings. This system provides not only robust analysis but is also capable of automation integration, and can handle up to 400 plates per run when partnered with the Biostack plate stacker.

The ImmunoSpot S6 Flex M2 Analyzer components feature a precision stage with 0.24 mm stepping, a fixed zoom optical interface with manual focus, top and bottom lighting, blue, green and violet LED fluorescence lighting, and a digital area scan camera with up to 10-megapixel image resolution for detailed captures. Applications include single-color ELISPOT, double-color Enzymatic ELISPOT, Four-Color FluoroSpot and Fluorescence BioSpot, FRNT / FRA, PRNT / Viral Titer Assays, Bacterial/Yeast/Viral Colony Counting, Live/Dead PBMC Counting, Cell-Mediated Cytotoxicity Assays, and is Suited for Regulatory Compliance and for BSL ¾.
