Invitrogen Qubit 2.0 Fluorometer
The Invitrogen Qubit 2.0 Fluorometer provides high sensitivity and accurate quantitation of DNA, RNA, and protein in a compact benchtop intuitive instrument. This fluorometer uses advanced dyes selective for dsDNA, RNA, and protein to minimize the effect of contaminants, partnered with highly sensitive illumination and detectors letting you use as little as one μL of a sample. Using the advanced Qubit assays, users get highly precise, accurate quantitation by emitting fluorescent signals bound to specific target molecules even at low concentrations.
The Qubit 2.0 Fluorometer can return quantification results in as little as 5 seconds per sample, with sample incubation times of 2 minutes for DNA and RNA and 15 minutes for proteins. Data from this fluorometer is represented through graphic reports on the full-color touchscreen interface and comprehensive data points. The data is automatically stored in a CSV file that can be exported via USB, allowing users to compare samples.
