The Thermo Scientific Revco Ultima Plus ultra-low temperature freezer removes 20% more heat between openings than most freezers, yet emits 15% less heat into the lab, cutting down on additional air-conditioning. The Thermo Scientific Revco Ultima Plus -86° freezer is constructed of durable, sturdy steel with a corrosion-resistant coating and 5in foamed in-place insulation.

The insulated outer door of the -86° temperature freezer uses a unique door seal to protect against heat leaks, minimize frost build-up, and helps safeguard temperature uniformity. To ensure proper circulation and to maintain efficiency, this 25 cu ft laboratory freezer uses standoffs to position the unit away from direct contact with the wall. The Ultima Plus Freezer can easily be slid into place with smooth 2-inch locking casters. The Thermo Scientific Revco Ultima Plus ultra-low temperature freezer comes with a variety of failsafe’s and alerts to help maintain the integrity of your samples. Features such as remote alarm contacts, lifeguard alert that monitors and adjusts performance to compensate for internal and external conditions, low voltage surge protection.
